Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room.

This building was well-run and had a nice setup. Our kids loved the pool and game room and we loved the convenience of being so close to both! Very nice place in a great location. The only thing that was missing was internet access - would love to see that included.

Century 21 New Horizon was wonderful but the unit smelled of smoke as soon as we walked in. Although the employees of Century 21 did everything they could to appease us, the overall quality of the unit was poor. Advertised as a "non-smoking" unit and having at least 5 "no-smoking" signs around the unit was a farce. Furniture was sparse (one couch and one chair in living room), master bed was extremely uncomfortable, and kitchen cabinets were disgusting - dirty, unorganized and smelled of old wood. Lighting was sparse too. Although many of other renters had similar comments written in a journal book the owners had displayed on a table, it was obvious recommendations were ignored. It is evident that the owner of this unit is not interested in making their renters stay an enjoyable one.

The unit's location is terrific, no doubt about it. The building and grounds are incredibly clean with employees of the building constantly visible. The condition of the unit itself, though, lacks luster. The furniture is dated, the kitchen is dirty with grime on the cabinet doors and drawers were full of old, old brochures and papers that should have been thrown away long ago. The cleaning service did a poor job of cleaning prior to our arrival to the extent that we had to have them called back and attempt cleaning again, and even then they did a poor job. After we got settled in, we were able to enjoy the beach and pool and have a relaxing vacation with our family.

Our rental place was very convenient - close to the pool, beach, gameroom, etc. We could see the pool and beach from our balcony, very nice!!
The layout of the condo was nice - good being able to prepare meals but still be able to visit with family and friends.
Would have liked the pool to have been opened longer than 9PM; by the time we returned from dinner it was about to close.
Too bad there isn't internet service any longer; I was told there was WiFi when I made the reservations. When my husband inquired at the office, he was told it was no longer available; he had work to do on his laptop (I probably wouldn't have booked that place had I had known - it's not easy for him to get time away from work w/ no internet service; he had to sit in Food Lion parking lot every day for about 30 minutes just to communicate w/ work. Thank God there was cell service for him for his daily conference calls!!
The master bath needs a new drain - kept clogging; the thing that gets pushed down wouldn't stay down (it was pretty annoying).
All in all we had a nice vacation, very relaxing, our family enjoyed the beach, the pool, the kids enjoyed the gameroom; we also went to the boardwalk, the movies, Jolly Roger's, visited Cold Stone a few times, and enjoyed Maryland crabs!!!!
