131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is situated on the oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 TV"s, premium cable and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. There is a $50 building registration fee.Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

  Although the Unit was adequate for accommodations, 2/2,kit,liv/din area, it left a lot to be desired in the way of cleanliness. It could use a major cleaning: the bathrooms are extremely moldy and dirty; tub clogged with hair; the kitchen has mismatched worn, serving utensils , dirty, beat-up appliances, and the floor under the sink area hosts items that have been there "too" long. I had to wash the items we identified to use; others were beyond use or should be replaced. Perhaps, the owners, if absent, could change cleaning services. Otherwise, the age of the unit and the basics did not deter from its function. The location is excellent and the Century 21 New Horizon Team had been clear in their description of the units decor.

  Nice unit but needs a few updates

  Century 21 was terrific. The check in and check out were easy and they were very accomodating. The unit was listed as pool view. I could not see the pool. It was really a parking lot view with a long distant view of the ocean. But the deck was very nicely furnished. I would have still rented the unit but I would have appreciated the honesty of the view. The overall unit was in good shape. The kitchen needs an update. We had 3 forks and the kitchen felt old and cluttered with unneccessary items. Way too many old cups and glasses. The living area was beautiful. New couch and nice dinning facility. All the mattresses need to be replaced. The master bed's frame was unsecure and made for a difficult night sleep. The bath rooms were old but clean. The Braemar Resort was terrific. Still in good shape and offering lots of things to do after 40 years. I would definitely rent at Braemar again. I also would definitely use Century 21. If the unit took care of the bed situation, I would probably rent this unit again.
