131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's, VCR, 2 DVD player, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee.Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

Stayed at braemar 309. It was a nice condo. The master was really nice as you can see in pics. The 2nd bedroom was older with older furniture and needs updated but the beds in that room fit my young family perfectly. I would stay again. The toaster is still broke though. The balcony is nice and has 4 wonderful adirondack chairs. Braemar is a good location also. Sept was very quiet as we did not see another soul on our floor. There is a nice storage locker outside with beach chairs and umbrellas for your condos use.

The facility is old but 309 is updated & suited us fine. Perfect location on beach w/a pool away from noise of downtown but plenty to do.

The condo was very nice and roomy with all the comforts of home. The balcony that overlooks the ocean is incredible. We sat out there and watched the sunrise as well as dolphins everyday.The location was perfect as a good restaurant was right across the street Jr's rib house. There is also a very nice well kept park within walking distance. There were 5 people together and we didn't even have to drive anywhere. I would come back to this rental again without a doubt.

Check-in was very easy and efficient. The location and view from our ocean view room was great! The condo unit that we rented, however, could have benefited from some additional cleaning and maintenance. Although the bathrooms were cleaned as to the toilet and shower, nothing else seemed to have been cleaned (such as bath mat, towel bars were dirty). The toaster in the kitchen was broken, but everything else was in working order. Overall, we would like to rent the unit again next year.

It was wonderful! Check in and booking were stressfree and easy! It's literally right on the beach. The condo is clean, had everything! Truely comfortable and spaceous!We loved it. Hoping to book it for next year!!!

We just returned from a wonderful weeklong trip at Breamar 309. We have stayed there before and love the new changes. Bamboo hardwoods in the master suit and amazing tile shower. The location is great, right on the beach with a pool, sauna, game room, and an amazing park on the Bayside across the highway. The unit has everything we needed. We hit the grocery store our first day and took advantage of the full kitchen. Comfy couches, cable on flat screens, king size bed, etc. We loved having drinks on the balcony, looking at the beach, sitting on the fabulous adirondack chairs. The beach and pool were great with easy access. You can be at the beach or in the pool within a minute from the room, and easily hop back into 309 for lunch or some aC! Very fun and relaxing trip. We will be back.

I stayed in Braemar Towers #309 for three glorious nights. The unit was very clean and everything worked. My only complaint would be that the bathroom in the master bedroom needs a bit of updating. But that's it. We will be renting again.

It was wonderful as always. We have stayed in that condo many times now. Really like the changes. The price seemed a bit high though. The pool, location, acess to the beach, everything is great about it.

Rental Service was the worst I every experienced in the 45 years I have been renting from professionals!
They blamed it on the phone system, I blamed it on terrible customer service. When you lose a customer on the phone, the business should call them back, not make the customer call them back. I had to call back at least 10 times even in the mist of giving my credit card information. He didn't even want to close the deal. On top of that, no one was available to give us the keys to the unit and we wasted 2 hours of our vacation time trying to get into the place. Worst rental experience of my years in OC. The unit was actual nice but the shower in the master bathroom needs to be updated some. -
