131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is perfect for a family looking to get away. It is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool. New kitchen including all new appliances, granite countertop and all new cabinets for 2010!

We recently stayed at this condo during our family beach trip. My Mom stayed in the single queen bed room, and my husband, two children, and I stayed in the other two queen bed room. We enjoyed our stay very much. We all commented that the beds were very comfortable.
My only complaints would be that the cleaning service was marginal at best, there was a lot of debris on the floor under the beds/couches/ etc. Also, the bathroom ventilation was very poor. I don't think there was an exhaust fan at all, which is certainly not today's standard. In addition, our bathroom shower faucet sprayed water all the time, even when just running bath water. That was particularly annoying to my small children while they were bathing. None of these issues were severe enough to prompt me to complain to the facility manager, however.
It was a great room and location, but would I book it again in the future? Probably not. -

It was nice, not as clean as I thought it would be, cleaning crew didn't remove bath mats and clean underneath, but when we had a problem with the toilet, maintenence was very quick to respond and fix.

Facilities were well kept and clean. Staff members were friendly and courteous. There were many opportunities for activities for each member of the family. Facility seemed family oriented, there wasn't a noise problem or distasteful behavior. Location was great for the beach, lousy for getting up and down Coastal Highway, especially to the boardwalk.

It was a perfect vacation and the Bramer was very nice and loved the way it has been maintained. I have stayed in lots of condos in OC and this has by far been the best. I will definitely rent the same unit next year.
