Durning the peak season this propery rents from Sunday to Sunday. 131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the corner of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. You can even enjoy a beautiful bay view from the second bedroom. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This three bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's with premium cable, VCR, DVD, stereo and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. The home was filthy,full of dog hair. the bathrooms where gross. The blankets smelled, the toilet seat was broken, the lamps in the master bedroom where broken. I would never stay in the unit again.

The dish washer was full of dirty dishes. The carpet was filthy. The utensils, dishes and glassware was in disarray. The microwave over the range looks like it is unsafe. It is too close to the burners. It is a wonder the plastic doesn't melt when you turn on a burner (you actually can't see the burner switches unless you bend down and look under the microwave). You can burn yourself trying to turn off the range.
The sliding doors barely slide.
The plumbing in the batrooms is archaic!
I won't select this unit in the future, but i do like Braemar Towers in general.

NJlgreat location and beach --rental was just okay

The cabinets were filled with old food.
Twin mattresses were horrible. They should have been replaced before renting.
Owners asked us to wait for their furniture delivery on our last day of vacation, which was completely unreasonable. They also suggested the agency could let them in with our permission--what about all of our valuables? It would have also meant we would have to unmake and remake up beds, move our stuff, etc. We declined.
