131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is situated on the oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 color TV's, VCR, DVD, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool. New carpet for 2011.

Condo was attractively furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed for the week.
The condo was pretty clean upon our arrival with the exception of the shower door in master bath and popcorn and ping pong ball found under the sofa.
Beds were comfortable but bedspread in master bedroom was dirty and we didn't use it. Thankfully we brought an extra one with us.
Major downside for us was not having internet access. Internet would have made it easier to look up menu's, make reservations, get prices and activities on line.
Great view, very quiet, friendly people. -

I originally checked into another property but the air conditioner was broke and could not be fixed and was unhappy with the entire unit. Century 21 was very accomodating and were able to get me into rental unit 808 at the Braemar. I was very pleased with this unit. All the appliances and furniture were up to date. The beds were very comfortable and I had a great view of the pool and the beach.even the little things you may have left home were provided by the owner. i.e. wine bottle opener, etc. It was also convenient to have the elevator right across the hallway.It was a great place to stay. I don't have aby negative comments.

The unit was very nice. Neither stoppers in either bathroom sinks worked - disappointing because I understood that the bathrooms were just remodeled. There needs to be a larger TV in the Master Bedroom and a TV in the second Bedroom. Otherwise the unit was very nice, well stocked in the kitchen and the furniture was very nice.

Personnel was top notch and very helpful. Found convenient lockers at ground level for easy beach access. First time in a high-rise and not bad. Hot water and water pressure could be better as well as cleaning bathrooms

We had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and well equipt. We ran into traffic on the way and could not check in on time. The office staff was very easy going and made arrangements for us to get into our room late. This was our third year at the Braemar. Our favorite part, beyond the beach and pool, is the outdoor storage lockers. What a great idea! No need to drag chairs and sand toys back up to the unit. Just throw them in the locker until tomorrow. Can't wait till next summer!
