During the peak season this property rents from Saturday to Saturday. 131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's, 3 VCR's, DVD player, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. This unit is very well kept in a well maintained building. I really liked the decor and the layout. The outdoor locker was an unexpected bonus that made going to the beach a snap. I really enjoyed staying and we hope we can rent the same unit next summer!
Home away from home.
The service from the rental agency was great from start to finish. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had stayed in this unit several times when my kids were little and hadn't been back in about 10 years due to relocation. We were thrilled that it was available and would definitely return. I was a little disappointed in the kitchen cooking equipment- limited. There were no baking pans/sheets and no measuring cups. We rent a condo so that we don't have to go out and eat all the time. It allows us to save money and gives us more time on the beach or to do other things. This, however, would not deter us from returning. This unit is in a great location and is clean and well maintained. The elevators were unbelievably quick. We hope to return soon to unit 903 and the Braemar!!
903 is a great home away from home!
We have always stayed at 143rd St., but our son and his family stayed at the Braemer last year and we liked what we saw! 903 was so welcoming. The owners gave us plenty of closet space, which we truly appreciated. We did have two slight problems; one toilet wouldn't "fill" and the kitchen sink was clogged because of the disposal. However, we stopped at the Office and these matters were fixed immediately. The pool was well maintained and we loved having lockers to store beach items. We hope to rent this unit next year...and for all future OC trips!
