*If you're traveling with young girls (age 12 & 13) and don't care if older boys (17 & 18) that work at the condo try to "hit" on them.
*If you don't care about being able to park in your designated spot...without getting ticketed & gouging your leg open.
*If you don't care about how hot it is in your air conditioned unit & not being able to get inside the building.
*If paying way too much for the unit and then the total incompetence by the people running this condo...
then this is the place to stay.

This was a very surprising review to read as we did not receive any complaints at all from you or from anyone else who has rented this unit so far this season. I sincerely apologize if the employees at the condominium tried to hit on the young girls in your party. Unfortunately we do not have any way of reprimanding them as they are employees of the Capri but I will definitely mention this to the building manager. I also wish that you had mentioned your air conditioning issues earlier in your vacation as we could have easily had a maintenance person check the unit and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I'm not exactly sure why you could not get in to the building. We have not had any other issues with access to the building at all this year. Thank you for renting through Century 21 New Horizon. We truly appreciate your business and sincerely apologize if your condo was not what you expected.
