Condo was relativity nice but everything in building closed before dark. Couldn't even sit on the outside deck after about 7

The check-in was smooth. The unit was ready and clean. It was in good condition and we have no complaints about the unit at all. We used the pool several times and the play area. The kids really enjoyed the activities. The exercise room was nice, a little small, but nice.
Nice view of the beach. Outside, assigned lockers to leave the beach items really helped keep the sand out of the unit.
We have a great time and would definitely do again. -

Our family does an annual trip to oc for a week. We decided to go here this year due to extra guests. The building was great with an indoor pool, tennis court and game room. And only a short walk to the beach. It was great! Even though they don't have and outdoor pool, it was fine. Now for the room. It was very outdated. It was not as great as our friend's condo was. The bigger room had a smaller bed and the smaller room had a bed way too big for the room. The smell was unbearable, we used my perfume to get rid of it! But the wierd thing was, it was only on the 8th floor. Overall, the condominium was average and we had a good stay!

I had my grandmother, mother, 2 teens and spouse on this vacation, and they all enjoyed themselves. I did like the Sun to Sun rental, not as much chaos getting in. The condo we stayed in was very nice, and well maintained, and had a better view than I expected(ocean side, bay and ocean view). My teens enjoyed the indoor pool, and the game room was nice. We did have an issue with the aC leaking and that was taken care of the same day. This was our 1st time at Ocean City, and I hope to go back soon, and possibly stay in the same place(dates permitting).

The Condo was well appointed, but will be due for a renovation within the next 2 years. Met the needs of the family and was a comfortable respite from the beach and pool.
I would definitely rent again. -

The Capri building is in a good location, however, because of the position of the building (side views), being out on the balcony was rather noisy. We would have preferred ocean facing unit. The condo could use a little facelift and the kitchen is old. It was clean and we had everything we needed, but I would not stay there again. Unfortunately, the owner locked the master bedroom closet for their own belongings, but left a 12" hanger bar for guests to use - inadequate - we used the second bedroom closet to hang our clothing. Also, the lighting seemed a little dull.

This was our 2nd trip to Ocean City. I would definitely stay at the Capri 403 again. All ammenities were included which was nice. Our only problem was that the renters before us had put their hermit crabs in the refrigerator and it left a bad odor the first day.The cleaning staff was still there when we arrived (3:30 pm) but only delayed our occupancy by about 10 minutes. The cleaning staff were the ones who alerted us about the hermit crabs odor in the refrigerator.

Overall our stay was very nice although, I wish the unit would have been oceanfront which was my oversight. Furnishings adequate, but the unit could use some updating. However, with rentals I know this is a difficult issue at times.

My biggest issue is the place wasn't cleaned before we rented it. The bathtub had black dirt in the bottom of it. I also don't believe it should have been advertised as "free high speed internet" - the reality is it was free to the Ocean City page that had to be paid for.
The carpet was a bit worn and a very ugly color.
Other then that the place is a decent place to stay - close to the beach. I liked that there was a locker to store beach equipment in.
