I love the location. The entire unit is spacious and clean. This was my second year renting this unit and I have already submitted my request for next year. I only wish the owner would get at least one TV in the bedroom.

I loved the service I received from the time I checked in until I checked out. The location of the condo was great. I had a two bedroom condo and the space was very spacious. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We liked the layout and location of the condo. When we first arrived, we noticed that the condo had not been sufficiently cleaned; there was trash in one of the trash cans, splashes on a bathroom mirror and a ring around the toilet. We called Century 21 who explained that the owners handle cleaning their own unit and they apparently had not done a good job. Century 21 sent a housekeeper right away, and she did a wonderful job. We later found that several of the drinking glasses and bowls needed to be re-washed, but that can happen when others are renting the unit. Otherwise we have a wonderful time and enjoyed the unit. I would recommend that the owner install towel rods in the bathrooms for hand towels, and additional rods or hooks for bath towels. Also, the living room furniture is positioned so that you cant see tv from the love seat. we rearranged while we were there so all could see tv. I would add another chair in the living room as well.

Location was perfect, easy walk to beach perfect view from balcony. Unit is a bit run down not very equipped in kitchen. Old chairs on balcony no table. Carpet was very dirty and it was cleaned while we were there. Needed some plumbing work in the bathroom and that was fixed immediately. It wasn't bad just not as nice as you would have expected for the price. I guess we paid for the view.

We enjoyed our condo, esp the view and the cleanliness of the place BUT
we were on the top floor and the ELEVATOR was literally repulsive. The
smell was so intense that it made me throw up the first time that I
was in it. *Luckily I made it to a garbage can*
I was the one that booked this condo for myself and several friends
so I felt badly about the elevator situation. Not only did it smell but
it was so filthy, that we had to carry our large bags up all those
flights of stairs to avoid getting them covered in whatever was
dumped in the elevator.
We plan to stay in OC again next year and my group agreed that we
would stay w/ u except for the elevator situation. -

We were not at all impressed with this unit. The furnishings were very old, stained, and outdated. The one TV was from the 60's? Although it had been cleaned, the sliding glass doors were so filthy that we were not even able to see the beach. It appeared that this unit was strictly a rental and not cared for by a true owner. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Thank you for your response. Following complaints from the 2008 rental season, we advised the property owner that they must do work in the unit or we would not be able to rent it for the 2009 rental season. Over the winter the unit was painted, the master bedroom mattress and boxspring were replaced, all the bedding was replaced, the kitchen was restocked and any necessary repairs were made. Though the TV in the living room is old, it does work and we have not had any complaints so far this season. Hopefully we can convince the owner to get at least one new TV after this rental season. We have switched to a different cleaning company after complaints regarding cleaning in this unit last season. Again, so far this year, we have had no complaints regarding the cleaning of this unit. Thank you for your comments.
