Durning the peak season this propery rents from Sunday to Sunday. 128th street, ocean block.Very nice three bedroom, 2 bath unit only one building off the Beach! This unit has been newly renovated, freshly painted, and new floor in recent years. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. This unit also has two Color TV's with two VCR's, DVD player, parking for one car and 2nd space available on a first come first serve basis. Close to some of Ocean City's finest restaurants and shopping. Sleeps 8. Sorry, No Pets. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.

This condo is perfect for a week long stay for both price and location. This condo is located north on the main street in ocean city and is within walking distance from the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is traveling with a group that is looking for a quiet yet fun stay at the beach.

The house was a great value. We liked that there were 3 bedrooms and one of the bedrooms had two double beds. Living room/dining area small but adequate for our needs. When we're at the shore, it's really outdoor living. Kitchen dated, but didn't matter. Outside porch nice and long. Could have used a couple more chairs and a small table to sit around.
Our main complaint was the smell of animal urine throughout, but mostly in the back bedroom areas. Our other complaint was that the property really needed a good cleaning. Dirty air conditioners all throughout: Dirty shower curtain liner in the middle bath; Dust on the walls from ceiling fans. Dirty mini blinds that were once white, but were dirty and spotted up. It's a shore house and we understand that it's used by many people; however, it's should be thoroughly cleaned at least once per month.
Other than that, we spend lots of time exploring Ocmd and the surrounding area. We didn't demand someone clean house or ask for money back. Location is wonderful and accomodations would be just fine if someone takes the time to insure a little more cleanliness. -

Reminding me this condo is someones home makes what I am going to say even more relevant to future tenants. This condo as you enter the doorway, smells very musty. The Master bedroom smells of very strong cat urine, blood on the pillows located in the room next to the master bedroom, along with dark stains on the mattress covers, sand in the beds. I washed one comforter and what an amazing difference compared to the other one. The kitchen was stocked somewhat but lacked having everything you would like to have in a kitchen for a weeks stay. The TV in the living room was very complicated to operate. Trash outside the condo strewn about which my husband took the time to pick up himself. I have stayed in quite a few places over the years but smelling the cat urine in the very room you sleep in is totally unacceptable. Being instructed to be respectful leaving this feedback is an insult. There is no respect in taking a tenants money,and a lot of it, and then expecting them to stay in a place like this. The living room was the nicest room in the condo with new furniture. I will never stay here again I can assure you of that!!!

I was very happy with my stay. We had enough space for my husband and my son his wife and also 2 grandchildren. It was close enough to the beach but not to close that we had to worry about the kids running off to the ocean. It was clean and well equipped with every thing we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely go back.

The accomodations were clean and comfortable for us. We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that was quickly addressed and fixed. It was a very enjoyable experience for all of our family.
