Special home built directly over the bay. Excellent fishing from your private deck directly outside your living room door. House is not spacious but comfortable. This is an older home that is well maintained but it seems it is due for some upgrades such as new living room furniture and a large screen tv. We always look forward to visiting each year and would recommend to a friend.

My only disappointment is that the owner hasn't done any upgrades in many years. The living room furniture is not adequate for a family of four. The tv in the small bedroom has never worked. The furniture on the deck doesn't match, i.e., a pub table and regular table chairs. We actually bought two barstools 2 years ago so we could sit on the deck. But with all that said, we only stay in this unit because of the location, the fishing and most of all, the fact that we are over the water.

We absolutely love the location of this rental. My family loves to fish and this provides the perfect opportunity to do that. We caught a lot of fish. That being said, we were disappointed in the rental itself. The air conditioning did not work from throughout most of the week. We did notify management about the situation and nothing was done about it. Would we move a vacation for that? No way. Location, Location, Location.

The TV had no been connected to a converter box, and I spent both weeks attempting to have Century 21 contact the owners or condo assn to arrange to get it installed. In addition to fishing, lots of my fun has always been watching as many football games as possible & when the box wasn't there, we were limited to about 8 channels. Other than that, we love the place & have rented there for about 15+ years & hope to go again each year.

The unit could use another sofa instead of the chair and ottoman. The outside furniture was odd. We purchased two bar stools to go with the bar type table because the chairs were too low. We did find out from another unit owner that the previous furniture had been stolen but had not yet been replaced. We did take our bar stools home with us.

The deck furniture needs to be replaced. There was a high table but all the chairs that went with it were broken and the only chairs were the low plastic white chairs.
Check in time needs to be extended. We hit a lot of traffice coming in.
