The Sea Watch is by far one of the best places for a family vacation. Our entire family has been coming here for years. We rent 5 or 6 different units and have never been dissappointed. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept and its right on the beach, cant beat the location!!! The amenities are numerous, from the 2 pools to the game room, excersize room, the ice cream/sandwich shop. The units vary of course, but our rental unit 1008 is one of the best we have rented. They have everything you may need in the kitchen and more. The unit is always clean & quite comfortable. We love the Sea watch and I would strongly recommend it to any one who is visiting Ocmd. Oh and the ladies in the office are wonderful!!

We arrived and found a condo that was lovely to look at and spotlessly clean. Being our 1st time to stay at Sea Watch, we found the people at Century 21 very helpful. The condo balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay and we would definitely like to vacation at 1008 again.

Chester County, PAFun and Relaxing Family Vacation!

SeaWatch is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family vacation. 1008 was the perfect size for our family of 5, clean, modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need and more. The games, books and movies, beach chairs, etc. were a nice touch! We spent so much time on the deck with the fabulous view!
The pools, billard room and playground were also family favorites. Shame we forgot the basketball and tennis rackets or they would have been too!
Loved that we could walk to the grocery store, movies, liquor store, etc. Security was an added bonus that really made us feel safe in letting our kids walk around alone. Everyone was so nice!
Mini-golf, resturants, etc. are all nearby. Parasailing was our favorite adventure of the week!
The only downside was the slow elevators all week, especially Saturday during check-out.
Can't wait to go back to SeaWatch (hopefully 1008) for our next OC vacation! -

I liked the unit a lot but I think because it was right outside the elevator, it tended to be very noisy in the front 2 rooms. We had a very large group staying next to us and I guess they thought if their kid was screaming in the middle of the night, they should go out into the hall. That was right outside our rooms. They were very loud and that made the trip not quite as nice. I think better sound-proofing would be better.
