Mount Carmel, PAGreat week!!!
Left on 06/21/2012 for a stay in June 2012
I would have to say the Sea Watch is the best condo building we ever stayed in. You couldn't ask for better ammenities. The unit itself needed some updating but still quite nice. We will definitely be back to the Sea Watch in 2013!! The Sea Watch gets 5 stars!!!

Cherry Tree, PAWe had a great time.

Other then some lamps that didn't work, the condo suited our needs just great. Would recommend getting some new frying pans. The ones in that condo were very old and all the food would stick to it.

Disappointed
Collegeville, Pa 19426disappointing

Balcony furniture for an ocean view condo was totally inadequate, Part of the reason you rent ocean view is to sit and enjoy the view and the furniture was cheap, shoddy, uncomfortable; and the table was a joke. The condo sleeps 8 and there is no room to put anyone's clothes. There is storage for 2. The laundry room is so overcrowded with stuff you have to literally stand barely stand inside and reach for the washer. The inside living room furniture was uncomfortable as well. The cushions on the wicker furniture were not even the right size for the furniture. We have stayed at Sea Watch many times and have never had a condo like this before. We would go back to Sea Watch again as building is great but we were very disappointed in 111.

New JerseyWe had a great time.

The reviews I read made me a little worried before we got there. However, after spending a week there, I really feel some people were just too picky. The location of the building was great and very convenient. Our unit was clean and in good working order although some furniture, like the ones on the deck, are a little out-dated. I love the fully functional kitchen and the individual laundry room out side the unit. I wish there is internet access from our rooms. I really don't have much complaints about the place and it is definitely better than the hotel condo we stay last time.

Williamsport, Pabad weather
Left on 09/16/2009 for a stay in September 2009
we loved our condo (1111) that we rented. It was wonderful. the view was perfect because it blocked the wind.... the bad part was the weather that noone has control over! the only thing i would comment on was that the carpet going into the master bath is loose and i cut my foot on the staple that was sticking up. i did find a throw rug to put over it so i was fine. a little medicine and no harm. Everyone was very nice that i dealt with before and after renting the condo. Thank you for asking and you might see us again next year--maybe as a family affair. might need about 3 or 4 condos unless you have a big one or two. Thank you again Jo Ann Watach

The Jersey Girl
New JerseyWas worth the money with three small children.
Left on 09/10/2009 for a stay in August 2009
Being from NJ people wonder why do you go all the way to OC for vacation when their is the Jersey Shore in your state. I tell them you get so much more for your money and the entertainment available for all ages is unbelievable, compared to the Jersey Shore. And now with all the new highways, the time to get to OC is not much farther than Wildwood, Cape May or Atlantic City in NJ. The Seawatch has everything we like and with 3 young children this unit was perfect. It was lived in and I didn't need to worry about spills and falls. I like the separate laundry room with beach closet and having an indoor and outdoor pool is a plus. The other plus is having a food store, drug store right across the street, just cross the street. We loved spending time on the deck at night watching people on the beach and being right over the pool area was great. If you are looking for elite, spacious accomodations this unit would not suite you but with a family and for the price...it was what the Doctor ordered. Thanks...we will be back again.
