We've stayed at Seawatch for over 12 years with 2-3 other families each year. With uncertainty around legionnaires issue this year, our group was split up which impacted our stay and whole point of going to this site together.

This has been our 3rd or 4th time at the SeaWatch (can't remember) and this Unit 1115 has been the best so far. Very clean, smelled good, just overall nice. Had 3 great days at the beach, tried some new restaurants, real nice time. Vacation went too fast, as they always do. We are going to try and book the same room for next year if we can!!!

The entire week was terrible and I am still trying to get compensated for the devastating week. The contact person does not return phone Calls-bernie roach!!! This was the worst vacation we as a family have ever had!!!111

We enjoy staying at the SeaWatch. Being able to sit in the living room of the condo and watch the waves makes for a very relaxing time. The game room is fun. Although we didn't use the pools, it was nice to know we could have. It's so convenient to be able to walk to the grocery store. The condo was very well furnished but the furnishings had not been cleaned so that there was an unpleasant smell if the windows were not open. The couch and overstuffed chair had not been cleaned in a long time. We recognize that we were an "end of the season" tenant but each tenant should have a clean condo.
