The decor of this unit is what really appealed to me. The amenities for children is what really appealed me to this particular Condominium, as we usually stay at the Irene. They have an indoor and 2 outdoor pools, the kiddie pool [Nemo theme] was a big hit for my 3 1/2 and 19 mos old. The playground, basketball and tennis courts and large arcade were a big hit to all 3 of my kids. We also had ocean view which we appreciated.
I was displeased with the overall cleanliness of the unit however. Floors were dirty to the bare foot, we ran out and purchased a swiffer and used the entire box of wet wipes for it as each wet sheet was black from how dirty the floors were. The toilet was running non-stop so we had to turn the water off each time after use until the next day when a contractor could fix it. We also began smelling something very odd in the unit within 24 hours of being there, it was coming from the Hvac unit. On-site maintenance came, agreed the smell was strong and almost like 'gas' pulled out the filter to find 3 inches+ of dust, it was the dirtiest filter I have ever seen and I work in property management. It was bad. Drapes soiled, I wouldn't let my kids touch them, ceilings with water stains, tubs in need of caulking. The unit overall needs a deep and thorough cleaning and some interior deferred maintenance to restore it back to its glory day. Unfortunately, we won't stay in this unit again simply because of how dirty it was. But would recommend the condominium as long as you find a unit that is clean. The on-site maintenance were very responsive and helpful. -

This rental was very nice. Beds were comfy. Plenty of LCD TVs and DVD players, kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Cleaning could of been better upon arrival. The unit was a little on the small side and would not recomend it for more than 4 adults. We had 4 adults and 3 kids age 2-4. The condo facility was the best in OC with the indoor and outdoor pool and play ground for the Kids. We will be back again next year.

The unit (1207) was bright and inviting. Loved the location, lobby level restrooms, and indoor/outdoor pools since there were some overcast/cooler days during our stay. Also, my kids (ages 6 & 4) loved the playground. The elevators were very warm - but they were also very being very heavily used. We will definitely stay at the Sea Watch, in 1207, again.

We did have a major problem while checking in. We had been advised that our unit would sleep eight comfortably. However, upon arriving, we were one bed short. So, after several hours of discussion, we were given another property on the 19th floor, which was comfortable and spacious. Best of all, we didn't have to pay more for it; the people here were very accommodating. Our thanks to the wonderful Owner (Lady) who agreed to let us stay in her Unit on the 19th Floor! You made what began as a terrible visit to Ocean City - one we will never forget!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! (Please see that she gets a copy of this...)
The beach is clean and the waves were enjoyed by everyone. We were warned of the dangers of body-surfing but that didn't stop some of us. It was a blast! And the pool was an excellent place to sunbathe, kick back and get away from the beach crowd. We'd never been to Ocean City but, despite the fact that we typically don't go to the same place twice, would do it again. The local restaurants were good but maybe a little pricy. But we're on vacation, right? We'd highly recommend the Sea Watch to anyone!!! What we liked best was the beach. Growing up on Lake Michigan, we love the water and couldn't get out of the ocean. What we liked least was being misled regarding the size of the original room. But, again, everything turned out fine. The owner of the unit we were given, was going to buy new furniture after we left but what she had was clean and appropriate. The lay-out was better than we expected and all of the appliances worked well. It was a great experience.
