We used to stay at the seawatch years ago when my sons were little, we brought all kinds of friends there and always had a great time. However time has gone by and the boys are all grown up but they wanted to do a family vacation with us again in OC at the seawatch.
It was just the four of us. We had a great time with our young men.
We have so many great memories and everything was just liked we remembered. Hopefully we will get back there again someday with a more extended family.
Everything was great in the unit.

We have stayed at Seawatch at this time of year befo. Love the property. It has everything you'd want at the beach. This particular unit had great amenities for a family including total set ups for the beach (chairs, umbrellas and tons of kids beach toys, boogie boards). Lots of games as well with DVD player and tv in each room!
Reasons I only gave an average rating was no iron or ironing board!!! and the mattresses were as hard a rocks. With those 2 fixes it would be 5 stars. -

great location, clean ,secure and affordable place to stay. otel services and people were eager to please. had 5 teenagers who had a great time and want to return again next year . Condo was updated and clean. Great view of ocean

Furniture & beds were very comfortable. Seating was good...storage was wonderful...Flatscreen TVs in every room was terrific...we have stayed in the Sea Watch for many years & this was one of the nicest (of the 2 bed & den option)

The condo was very nice, clean and very well supplied with all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom showers were wonderful!! This was our 3rd year at the sea watch and this condo was the nicest. Plus many things to do at the beach!!!

I have stayed in the Seawatch before and was very disappointed with the rundown room we booked, but because of the amenties we decided to try another room. Wow this place is great, well thought out for storage and updated features and cleanliness. The only complaint I would say was the balcony door needed a child lock on it, and dining seating for 8
