This unit was clean, has some upgrades, nicely decorated. Comfortable. Beautiful ocean view!! No TV in master bed room but other than that one of the best stays in ocean city to date!! We are big fans of staying at the Sea Watch. Secure, clean, good employees, great views of the ocean the list goes on...

Do not like the idea of not having a reserved parking space, especially for $40. Checking in and out is a nightmare. Love the location, however, living room furniture was very uncomfortable (sofa) but liked the idea of having laundry service. Grounds are very pretty but elevators often too crowded and security was not convenient (after hours)

Very enjoyable experience. The only issues we had were with the toaster inside the unit and with connecting to the complex's WiFi. We definitely plan on returning during the summer of 2011.

We have vacationed in this area for the past 6 years. We found the seawatch to be a nice facility, pleasant courtyard (very pretty). The pool was nice and well landscaped. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair rentals, but would have liked this information prior to coming. We would have left the chairs and umbrella's at home. The beach is too crowded for using the skim boards and boggie boards to surf.
We enjoyed the view from our room and the kitchen was well equiped.
On the down side, the room is outdated, the linens were very old and we had to wash the blankets prior to using them. We did not wash the bed spreads, but did not use them either. They look old and dirty.
The matress on the pull out bed in the den was not acceptable. A mattress pad would have been appreciated. The mattress needs replaced. The shower curtain in the main bathroom was too short and hard to keep the water from spaying onto the floor. The rug in the main bathroom was not washed and felt very dirty. So we did not use it, and set it outside.
