We have stayed in this unit before. Everything you need is there and it is nice to have the den as a 3rd bedroom. Easy access to beach and Green Turtle is right across the street!

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and roomy. Only negatives were the long wait for elevators upon check in and lack off carts. Also the $40.00 parking garage fee is kind of high.

I used to stay here when I was a kid and when I started searching online where to stay with my family I ended up back at Sea Watch! Sea Watch has sooo much to offer for the money especially if you have teenagers. Indoor and outdoor pool, ocean front, play ground, basketball and tennis courts, arcade, Gold Coast Mall across the street (grocery, beer, and liquor store) etc. You don't have to leave once you arrive. We had a great time here and my kids are bugging to come back! Also, after all of those years the property has really been maintained well.

We were very pleased whith out over all vacation at seawatch. condo 1413 was very nice clean modern and all the comferts of home. kudos to the owners. and if we do return for a 3pete it will be that condo
