We had a start at check when we were told that we had no reservation, but that was resolved rather quickly. Our major
problem occur when a real estate agent entered the unit with clients unannounced. We did not know the unit was for sale and we were not told in advance that this could happen. It would have certainly influenced our choices. I felt that unit is a bit over-priced for the wear it shows. Furniture worn, minor plumbing problems, etc.East coast people are not particularly friendly. Gorgeous updated kitchen w/ all new appliances
Beautiful up dated hall and master baths
2 New Queens Sofas
New King Bed in Master & New Queen in Guest B.R.
Ceramic Tile Flooring
New Flat screen TV's in the L/R & Den area's
New Furniture through out

Left on 08/25/2010 for a stay in August 2010
the unit was so old and not renevated at all .plus the coffee maker was not working ,plus something wrong was with the toaster plus one of the kitchen drawer fell in my hand the first day we arrived .we always go to OC for a family vacation and this is our first time at seawatch .
I didn't want to waste one houre from my vacation time wz 3 kids to go down and complain ...but for sure i will not do it againe .
also the door to the laundry room was so ancient that i had to get me husband to open it each time cause it stucks .
