Pittsburgh, PAGreat views!
Left on 07/13/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The views were great! The only complaint we had was the way that the issue of Legionella was handled. I was called the day before we were to arrive to be informed of the problem, and when we got there, the information sheet said that the problem existed for 9 months!! I realize that this may cause you to lose business if you disclose sooner, but I think you should inform guests sooner. Providing bottled water upon arrival to guests would have been appreciated.

We were one of the fortunate ones to salvage our vacation as Hurricane Irene made a delay in the start of our arrival by 2 days. We appreciated the email telling us not to come due to the evacuation, but it would have been helpful to receive another email when it was okay to come. Seeing on the news that Ocean City was open on Sunday at 12n, I tried calling and had to leave a voicemail. Monday morning, I again called Century 21, choosing the general information extension and this time was able to speak to someone in the main office who put me through to someone's voicemail at the Sea Watch office and again left a message which was not returned. After 2 more phone calls, I tried a different extension and that person told me the phones and computers were out at Sea Watch (surprising the person answering the general info extension would not have known that), but that we could come on down to OC. When we arrived, the realtor at Sea Watch told us that we could stay an extra night because of the delay and that our unit was not rented for after our stay. Fortunately, we were in the condo when a housekeeper came in on our original departure day and told us we had to leave. Going to the realtor for clarification, she had no recall of telling us that. When I went later to hand in the keys, another person in the office was complaining of the same scenerio. As far as the condo itself, it was okay, except for the paint hanging from the main bathroom ceiling and the light switch in the bathroom that did not work properly. We will go to OC again, but doubt if we would go to the Sea Watch or use Century 21 New Horizons.

Mechanicsburg, PAWe loved it!
Left on 08/25/2011 for a stay in July 2011
The Sea Watch offers it all. Ours was a really nice condo, nicely furnished, clean...the views are as my granddaughers say..."awsome". The beach is right there, two pools, restaurant, stores across the street. Convenient to OC madness or the quieter side at Fenwick or Bethany. We were a little worried about the jack holding up a part of the walkway balcony by the front door. Hopefully it is being fixed and is stable.

For the money I spent, this was a great place to stay. Wonderful view, lots of room, and very clean. I especially liked the three pools: indoor, outdoor, and a pool for the kids, all within steps from the beach.

We have been staying at Sea Watch for numerous years. It has everything a family of all ages could need or want. The kids are now 19-21 and still play in the game room. The indoor pool is great when it rains and the outdoor is a good break from the waves. The exercise room is nice if we can't walk outside and this year I used a sauna for the first time. I liked it.
Sad to see the grocery across the street go, but the next one was not far away. Love the security and cleanliness of the property. Staff is always very friendly...even if they are sure what we are saying...lol.
The small store is so convenient for sunscreen and for the kid who wants something other than the 42 boxes of snacks that we brought. Never ate at the sandwhich shop yet.
This years room was nice. Most always are. We like the lay out, the view of both the bay and beach. Some are furnished better than others. I could have used a few more draws for the master bedroom. The kid sleeping in the living room had his things all over my room.
Toilet broke. Inconvenent but fixed the next day. As they say ...happens. The ceiling in master bath leaked and was making bubbles in the ceiling paint and walls. We notified at 11:30 pm and had guys checking for safety till 1:30. That was great. But no one coming in at 8 am got the message and I had to call again to see if we could use the bath yet. (Call was around 9:30am) It was news to the office. But then while laying on the beach, someone looked into it and all was well again. -

Left on 08/25/2010 for a stay in August 2010
My grandson broke his hand the night before we were due to leave. He was in the ER until 4:30 in the morning. He had to return to the hospital on Monday for possible surgery to screw and pin his hand. Even though he was not able to go on the beach or in the pool ( and of course we didn't either), the unit was so nice, and well appointed, we had a great time in spite of having to re-vamp all of our original plans.

Mechanicsburg, PAIt was all we had hoped for and more
Left on 07/29/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Ocean City was a new experience for us. We thought having a pool would be a plus, so I started searching the internet. Indoor only, outdoor only, it was a dilema. Then I found the Sea Watch with both and a lot more! The price was within our budget and our week was available. The unit we rented was very clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the views from the balcony. If we have our grandchildren next summer, I would definitely come back.

We just love the view from the 16th floor balconies to look at the bay, to see if there's a line at the Green Turtle or watch the morning sunrise with your coffee. The unit is well decorated and everything worked OK. With 2 BR+ and 2 baths everyone had space to have their privacy when needed on a week long stay. All I can say is that we came back this year and I'm sure we'll be here for Oc-3.

Our very first family vacation since my new 2 year old grandson came into our lives. At sea Watch if you want a great family experience than this would be the place!! Everything was right there at our convenience. We are trying to go back this year if we can afford it.
