It had been a while since we had been back to OC Md.and the Sea Watch. We were pleasantly surprised by all the updates to the bldg and our room was wonderful. Loved the gym, gameroom swimming pools and the great view of the beach! Every time I looked there was someone cleaning or painting or some kind of maintenance! That was great!
The Century 21 team were all pleasant to work with and helpful! It was a much needed trip. We had a great loss in our family just 9 months before and we really all needed to get away and have fun together and make some new future memories! Thank you Ocmd and Sea Watch! -

Great location, right on the beach. Lots to do in the immediate area (boardwalk, mini golf) and lots of amenities (gym, tennis, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor volleyball, game room, etc.) on site. This is a great spot if you like vacationing amongst a lot of other people, with whom you will share the elevators and compete with for beach space starting in the early morning. Only downside from our perspective is that we were surrounded by smokers on their balconies, so we could not enjoy the sound of the waves or the breeze as our door was shut. No rules against balcony smoking, so nothing could be done for us.

Check in was fast and and people were very friendly.Our room was very clean.Our location was perfect.We had places to eat within walking distance and also a grocery store.Will be staying at Sea Watch again next year.My only complaint was the queen sized bed( Way to hard)

The Sea Watch is very family oriented in a nice section of Ocean City, MD. No high school or college kids partying there. My family likes the fact that their is an indoor and outdoor pool and it is right on the beach. The room was nice and we felt it was a very good value. There is convenient shopping and restaurants with a block or two. The Sea Watch also has a small sandwich and ice cream shop which is very good. People working there were very friendly. The Century 21 people were also friendly. I liked the fact that you check in right there and if you are running late your keys will be left with security.
The only negative is the fact that you have to pay $30.00 to park at Sea Watch. This is the only place I ever stayed in Ocean City, MD where I had to pay to park. Also, I thought I would have to use my travel insurance. I found out it was such a hassle that I don't think I will every purchase it again. -

Kids had indoor pool for one rainy day...great plus for families. Food Lion and movie theaters were close as well as numerous shops. Great time for all.

As always Debbie from the Century 21 staff was excellent. The unit has too much furniture in it. Nice that the owner put in a new sofa but the additional love seat is too much. At least get rid of the old chair and put the love seat on the opposite wall and not in front of the balcony door.

We come here twice a year and this is the second time we have stayed in ths unit. It is clean with the basics. For the second year in a row the bedroom closet door is broken. Told them last year but I guess it didn't get repaired. Other than that it's a great unit.

The carpet was very dirty and stained. Would recommend relacing it with wood or tile. The A/C did not work properly, we were either too hot or freezing. The thermostat did not seem to be working properly. We felt that there should have been enough pillows and blankets for all the sleeping areas (at least 7). Kitchen was nice and we loved the view. The chain on the toilet in the main bathroom kept coming undone and we had to fix it. The towel bar in the same bathroom fell off the wall the first hour we were there. Century 21 people were a delight to work with.

We love the Seawatch, and try to stay in different units to keep it interesting, but this one was the least favorite. Although it was updated, the remodeling was done very messy. Looked much better online. Had a lot of problems with unit, light switches did not work in any of the rooms, remotes for tv's didn't work, had vertical blinds missing in the rooms, shower heads in baths coming out of walls, washer was ok, but forget the dryer, had to run at least three times to get my clothes to dry. Overall, we love the beach, so we didn't let these problems affect our vacation. Seawatch is still a great condo complex and we will stay there again, just not in this unit. If you are not as picky as I am, this may be ok for you, I just look for a home away from home, and did not get it here. :(
