The condo was beautiful, we had a great view right on the beach. We were located in the middle of all three old pro golf course and near great resturants. Me and my family plan on staying there next year.

Seawatch 1719 was a very nice rental. It was very clean and had up to date decor compared to some of the rentals I seen there. It had a great view of the ocean. Plenty of room for several families to stay. We would definately stay at this rental again. The only thing that I didn't like was that you had to pay to park your vehicle on the Seawatch property. I think parking should be included in the price of the rental.

Had a terrific stay, the condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the closeness to the beach made it easy to take our stuff back and forth. And its sooo close to everything , grocery store , shopping, even a dunkin donuts in walking distance for my morning coffee fix!! Looking forward to coming back next summer!!!

We opted for this condo unit based on location and reasonable price. The 21st Century staff was helpful all the way around from answering questions and making sure that we would be able to get into our unit. We went in the off season and pretty much had the building to ourselves. The unit was comfortably furnished, clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The kitchen had enough cookware to easily make a meal. They complex offered a lot of ammenities for vacationing families, though we did not take advantage of them. It was nice having the beach so close and even
though the weather was pretty cool it was still enjoyable to walk
on the beach.
My only complaint is a minor one but the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was too soft and seemed to be in need of replacing. I prefer a firmer mattress so it may just be a matter of comfort level.
I would definitely come back to the Sea Watch and can recommend it to anyone considering staying here. -

The condo was very clean. The size was spacious enough that no one felt crowded. And...the view was awesome! I would come back here for sure.

my experience with the girls from century 21 was fantastic.
i met them for the keys and they were as pleasant and informative as can be.
i am trying to get 3-4 families to come back w/me next year.

Sea Watch is a great place family get away! Very relaxed atmosphere. Indoor/outdoor pool, game room for kids, basketball court/tennis courts, playground and of course the beach. We have a 13 yr old and an 8 year old boys, they never lacked for anything to do. Very clean and nice rooms! Would definately recommend!
