Great condo unit with many updates. Two floors with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 baths were very convenient for party of 6. Master bath needs some updating. Great views from family room and master bedroom.

I was one of the many that was there during the legionairs scare and was traveling with my immune deficient daughter. After speaking with the century 21 staff I was instructed to just call the health dept. and that no refund was going to be given. I also paid 40 dollars for the secure parking and my van got hit while parked. I felt that the room we stayed in 1901 was falsely advertised because my husband and I had to stay in the master suite which was really a loft with no walls. We had to endure all the noise from the downstairs and were forced to get up early due to noise when the 1st person in our party rose. We also had no privacy. The pool was very small for the amount of guests.

We really liked everything about Century 21 and Seawatch Condo. The only drawback was that we had to pay $40 for parking for each motorcycle, so with 5 motorcycles and one truck it cost us $240 just to park!!! I recommend that since you can fit at least 3 motorcycles per spot that parking should be set per spot with motorcycles.
If we would have known about this before hand it might have possibly changed our minds on staying there. This was the only negative about our stay. I would like to thank Debbie and the women in the office for there helpfulness. -

I took my children,spouses and grandchildren. The view was absolutely spectacular. We actually were able to watch Dolphins from our unit. I enjoyed being able to see the view while I was working in the kitchen. It is the most perfect place for famalies. We were able to see the playground and basketball court from our balcony. Along with walkie talkies, we felt secure when the children were playing. The resort is family oriented, good security, plenty to do. The unit was perfect for the 8 of us. Nice and spacious. The downstairs toilet didn't work when we first arrived. The maintenance response was prompt, and we had no more problems. We hope to return to the Seawatch in the future.

PAnice condo but!!!!

We found the condo to be very nice however the bedding (mattress pads and blankets) needed a good washing. The pillows needed to be replace, they were gross. We did bring our own linens(blankets, sheet and pillows) but seeing the dirty beds was a big turn off.

Once you get used to being so high in the sky, it's a nice place. It was clean and comfortable. I liked going in on Friday instead of Saturday. There is a lot less traffic. We have stayed at 3 other condo's at the Sea Watch and wouldn't stay at any other resort. Having the grocery store across the street, the nice beach, the pool is great for a family.
