The place needs a whole new make over. things were broken and we couldnt use 2 rooms so that left us without. curtains were takened down because of the previous attendents. shower curtain had mold on it. the microwave broke and we couldnt heat anything up with a family staying there. the toilet over flowed and what a mess. just a bad experience all around.

Unit was dirty when we arrived. Had to get cleaning personnel in on Sat PM to reclean. Unit was dated for a penthouse price.
Tube TV, frayed drapes, broken table, etc.I have rented several $3500 per wk apartments at the Sea Watch, this was the worst. -

This is the second time in a C-21 rental at Sea Watch(we have been there before in a private unit) The unit was extremely nice and very clean. Clean being a top priority for our family. It was also a great value on the cost. The staff is always great and it is a beautiful property. We have already booked a mini week for September.
