Nice unit..great location ...quiet...paper thin walls though as I heard clear fighting from either the unit above or next door via vents and walls. Freezer door would freeze shut. Enjoyed my stay...

Sunrise East 105 is a cute roomy condo with a nice deck and view located on a quiet street. Ample kitchen supplies to create family dinners at home. Extra half bath is a nice extra. The grounds are very clean and well kept. My one complaint is the housekeeping on arrival was fair. There was quite a bit of sand under the scatter rugs and the bathroon shower needed a dose of Tilex. An hour later the place was a lot cleaner. My first time renting this place and from Century 21. I loved and used the complimentary yellow cooler bag the whole time at the beach,thanks! I would definitely rent this unit again. Had a great time.

My husband and I had a fantastic week in OC staying at Sunrise East 105. The place was very clean (In fact the cleaning crew was still there upon check in. No big deal, we just walked to the beach for a few minutes while they finished up.). We ate in the entire vacation and found the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. And, who could argue with the view!? If there is a complaint...the only one I can think of is the bed being so uncomfortable. But, oceanfront relaxation was well worth it!

The condo was neat & clean; looked just as it did on the website pictures. You can't beat the ocean view & 1 minute walk to the beach. We also liked being far enough away from the boardwalk, so that we could just enjoy the quiet beach. But, the boardwalk was only a 10 minute ride away.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We were able to cook meals with no problems.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The location was ocean view with a balcony and very nice to sit out for meals. The beaches were clean and large. The only thing we need not like was the noise level from several families with children.
