Description
We have always been proud of our home and we are pleased to say that its even better this year. We are proud that so many guests have expressed their positive experiences in their reviews of the home. We did not list with Flipkey in 2020 and this is why the reviews do not include 2020.
It is a clean first floor condo, 14 houses from the beach in the desirable North End section. The house sleeps 8 and has an over-sized deck perfect for entertaining.
It is located on a one way street which lessens traffic, especially if you have small children.
It is not far from the beach and amusements, but offers respite from the crowds as well.
Parking in Ocean City in the summer is very valuable and we have a large two car garage and an additional space in front of the house.
There is wireless internet , HDTV and ceiling fans in all the rooms in addition to the central air.
Security Deposit of $250 is required and a lease will be sent out upon receipt.
One half the rent will be due within one month and the other half will be due 30 days prior to the rental.
