It was such a welcome surprise to arrive at a place that was nicer than the pictures show. We stayed for a few days last July but wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was nice and the other guests very friendly. Loved walking to the boardwalk, Happy Jacks, and not having to wait for elevators. Will be back this July.

Time and Tide was excellent. We had 4 adults and 4 children in our group and this place was perfect. It could not have been nicer. Our accomadations included 3 bedrooms of which one was a double set of bunk beds and we had two bathrooms which was also an excellent benefit. The place is located on 26th Street. The beach was not so crowded to make it uncomforatable and there was still boardwalk so that we could take the tram all the way to where the main boardwalk is with the shops, rides, and arcades. It has a great pool and a fenced in yard which was great to let the kids get out some pent up energy. The other guests were as nice as they can be. We loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Close to boardwalk - quiet - clean - spacious - easy access pretty much sums it up!!
It was bright and cheery inside and it wasn't fully remodeled at the time - the kitchen wasn't redone.
At the time it was under Coldwell Banker and I haven't been able to find it until tonite when a friend asked about it and I went on a mad search and got lucky!!!
We will be back in august!! -

We rented this condo for a few days in mid-May and it was great. While not oceanfront, we were surprised we could see a peek of the ocean from the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen looked new. The pool was being filled while we were there so we didn't get to use it, The first morning was foggy so the kids enjoyed the wifi for their itouch and the play station in their bedroom. Only negative was no elevator, but even my dad managed the stairs with his cane.
