Ideal location on quiet street within 100 steps to beach. Modern condo with new carpets in bedrooms and new upgrades to master bath! You will be within a block of activities including family beach,world famous boark walk, restaurants, beach volleyball, basketball courts, skate park. Park in our private spots and you won't need to drive for the week. Beach tags provided, sleeps 10 (8 w/o using pull out couch), grill, back entrance and other great amenities.

Our family has stayed here for the past 2 years and are looking forward to being here again this summer. We love the short walk to the beach, especially with little ones in tow. The rides and boardwalk close by are fun for all.
One negative is that you are expected to clean before leaving even tho' someone comes in to clean afterward. Can be a hassle while getting packed to leave.
We are grateful to have found this place. Clean, reasonably priced and the Nichols are great people to rent from! -

Great location. Really well decorated. Well kept. Best people to deal with regarding the property. We stayed 2 weeks and Bruce and Kathy would respond asap to any questions. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and save money but the boardwalk is a block away for all the treats you crave at the Shore. We had a mini reunion and it was the perfect place. We will go back again to this rental.

The accomodations couldn't be better. Everything you need is within walking or biking distance. The condo itself is very roomy and well kept. Although it was just my wife and I, 6-8 people could be comfortably spend a vacation here. We'll go back whenever we get the opportunity.

Beautiful home, very clean and even more spacious than the pictures show. All appliances were modern and working well, lots of extras included once there which was great. Perfect location, can't wait to go back.

We were so happy with our stay at this condo!
The rental process was extremely easy; Bruce was extremely thorough and answered all of my emails quickly.
The location is really perfect - 1/2 of a block off of the boardwalk behind Wonderland. We are beach people, and being able to hop home for lunch and breaks was perfect. We don't have kids, but I can imagine being close to home base would be a benefit.
The condo itself is very nice. The open kitchen/living room was great when we had a few friends over. We used the grill a ton and ate outside on the front deck when ever we could.
The Nichols have been great, and even asked if we wanted to rent the condo for the same week next year. Great service! Thanks for a great time in OC,NJ!! -

Just steps to the amusement park and a short walk across the boards to the beach. You just can't put a value on being that close to the action! Couple that with a very comfortable, updated, and well maintained condo and it really was a perfect weekend getaway!

Having vacationed in OC for more that 30 years, we continue to love it and prefer this location to any other Jersey shore resort. This property was well equipped, clean, spacious, and had a great location in the area of OC that we prefer. Although the house could easily accommodate more than the 2 of us, parking for more than 1 vehicle may be an issue. Had our grown children joined us, it is unlikely they would have been able to legally park close to the house.
