We have been vacationing in Ocean City, NJ for the past 12 years and this is one of the best houses we've ever rented. It is beautifully furnished and in a great location. It is just steps from the beach. Within a couple blocks, there is a great playground for the kids, some bakeries for breakfast treats, restaurants, and a couple of ice cream parlors. It has a garage which is great for keeping your car off the street and for storing all of the beach toys. The owners are very friendly and take good care of the house. It's a great place to stay!!!

My family and I stayed at Beauty and the Beach and had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was a wonderful location. We were able to pack up and walk across the street for our days at the beach. We were able to go to the rides and boardwalk, however, the condo being blocks away enabled us to be in a peaceful place that we could relax on the porch in the evenings. We were able to take the children on walks to the park a couple of blocks away which is near several nice restuarants that were very family oriented. We will be staying again this year because we enjoyed our time so much.

Our stay began with great surprises for us and the children (I won't give it away). The property is beautifully furnished and meticulously clean. There were beach tags, chairs, umbrella- every thing we needed was waiting for us. It is conveniently located just across from the beach, with a beautiful view and deck to enjoy it. It is very convenient to be right on Central avenue, where the trolley can take you to/from the boardwalk to avoid parking. It's also within a couple blocks of a community kids park that is another great activity. There are also several small stores (including a Wawa, CVS, deli) and a couple restaurants within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this place and plan to keep coming back!

This was my second time renting from the Brigidi's and I am always very happy with our beach rentals. This home is steps from the beach and beautifully decorated. All of the amentities of the home allowed us to relax at the beach all day and enjoy the evening at the house and on the front deck. Located in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood, the home is close to attractions but also quiet for relaxation. I will definitely rent again!

We stayed at Beauty & the Beach for a week in July of 2009 and July 2010. Accommodations were modern and comfortable--even luxurious. Sleeping facilities were ample for five adults and four children, ages 9-15. Kitchen and dining room were well-appointed, and stocked with dishes, cookware, and silverware. The two baths were more than adequate for our needs. From the balcony of our second story apartment, we could see the ocean. Bart Brigidi, our landlord responded courteously and immediately to a couple of minor maintenance needs while we were there.
