unit was on first floor no climbing steps,good view of canal and back bay from deck. place was clean and seemed well maintained tv"s a little out dated could use new mattress in both bedrooms seemed to sag towards middle. kitchen well stocked plenty of dishes glasses,pots pans. was there in oct so area was very quiet. location was at 120th street bayside . plenty of places still open resturaunts ,shops, bars
