* Update at April 22 - We are fully booked for the summer from May 23 to Sep 8. We have some weekdays available in September, very affordable rates are available for a full week rental or a 3 night minimum for a weekend.

The condo was great!!! very clean and had all the essentials we needed. The new kitchen is beatiful!! Location on the first floor was great for my parents and for my daughter in her wedding dress.I would recomend this condo highly!!

My family had the pleasure of renting this beautiful,updated,spotless,condo with a brand new kitchen for our daughters graduation from Salisbury University. Location,location,location! We were fortunate enough not only to be steps away from the beach but some wonderful fun spots. The owner had recommended Galaxy 66 for our celebratory dinner,and the food was Outstanding...just what we were looking for on this very special occasion. Even though we didn't have time to explore all that was around us, we were impressed with all the fun in walking distance!

Hello Liz, thanks for the nice comments, Galaxy 66 is our favorite restaurant in OC, it's a bit different than what you'd expect at the beach. Regarding the unit and the kitchen it was a labor of love, we enjoy remodeling and you were the very first guest to experience it. We'll be posting pictures shortly...We're also Seagull parents, so best wishes for the future!

The location was great, walked right to beach. Nice kitchen and dining area. Closet space was ample. Nicely decorated. We were disappointed that previous guest[s] had broken a chair. We called the rental company [not owners] who said to move it out of the way. Not much they could do. I did have a little difficulty getting tv / cable to work, but that's me! Definitely will be back!

Hello, this is the owner - I became aware of the broken chair when we returned to our unit after the summer season and we immediately removed it and it will be replaced. In additon, we are renovating the whole kitchen this winter
I can understand how the cable can be hard to understand, I will look at clarifying the instructions with a step by step pictorial

My Husband and 2 young children loved this place! So nice and clean, and the beach was literally right outside the doors! We would recommend this place to anyone who may be visiting the Ocean City area and we will most definitely be staying here again! We liked it so much-we decided to stay an extra day and when we contacted the owner to see if it was available, he was very accommidating and we got our extra day! Cannot say enough good things!

We stayed in the condo for a weekend and found it very accommodating. It's spacious and beautifully decorated, so if you need breaks from the hub-bub, you have a great place to relax. We dined nearby (walking distance) at Fagers and listen to the symphony during fireworks, and then went for dancing in another Fager's dining room. The condo is right on the beach, and there's a pool if you need a change. I couldn't ask for more! We look forward to returning next year - Thank you so much.

Thanks for the nice review - you have pointed out a great feature of our unit - location - from 58th street, you are walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and nightspots - Seacrets, Macky's, Johnny's, Fager's Island and Dead Freddies are all less than 10 blocks away!

We were very happy with this condo rental. It would have been great to bring our kids there too! The owner was fantastic and super easy to communicate with. The condo was very nice and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Just make sure to bring your own sheets and towels unless you buy the linen package(which we declined becasue it was super expensive)! The only downside was the rental company. They were a nightmare to deal with.

Thank you Laurie for the very positive review. With sheets and towels, "bring your own" is the best option, the linen package is indeed expensive, you can buy linens at Wal-Mart or Bed bath Beyond cheaper than their package. Overall, "bring your own" actaully keeps your costs down, we dont run like a hotel
Regarding the rental company, you had flagged this up when you made the contract with them, I spoke on the phone with the owner who is also very responsive, he has assured me he has taken action on training and re-emphasized customer service

My family and I (there were 8 of us) had the best time ever over this past weekend. We only stayed for 3 days but it was worth it. The weather was great all weekend. The condo was clean, homey, comfortable and in a great location. We were on the first floor so we didn't have to far to go with all our luggages. And the best part we were literally steps from the beach. My daughter absolutely loved her first beach trip and our whole family will definitely stay here again next year if not sooner. Love OC!

The condo had all the comforts of home. My husband and I took our children and grandchildren and there were no complaints. which is amazing with 5 girls ranging from 29-3. I was pleasently supprised when I needed something for cooking that the girls could go across the street and back in minutes. The location was great. Beach and pool steps away and minutes drive to the boardwalk. We all had a wonderful time.

My husband and another couple spent a wonderful, restful September week at this lovely condo. It is nicely decorated and just around the corner from the Ocean. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfasts and leisurely reading times. It was certainly comfortable and we had all the conveniences of home. We plan to return next September to enjoy another week at the beach.
