My daughter and her friends stayed here for their Beach Week after graduation. Upon arrival, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dog hair in the unit, the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned and the prior tennants left liquor in the kitchen (all girls were underage so this was a great concern to me). I didn't expect that the condo would be immaculate but I certainly thought someone would have cleaned the condo (kitchen, bathrooms, vacuumed) and removed liquor prior to the girls checking in.
We did have great service from the rental company when securing the rental and with the initial check in. My disappointment was with the condition of the rental. -

The location was clear on the map and we were pleased to see that it was a comfortable walk to the beach and the start of the boardwalk. This place is not fancy, but it is well laid out and functional. The washer dryer worked wonderfully, great to have when we got in from a day at the beach and events. The tvs and cable worked well, and the kitchen had all the appliances (working!) we needed. We missed having internet to check out the area, and the iron was broken. Nice to have a place where parking was no issue at all. Cleanliness was ok. This is a 3rd floor walkup - not an issue for us but should be noted for anyone with disabilities. Nice view from the balcony. Century21 staff were very helpful and courteous, and promptly answered calls and emails.

The condo's layout was great, but the cleanliness of it was not comforting. The comforters appeared to have blood stains and one of my roommates received a pretty significant amount of bed bug bites. But Jessica, of Century21 was very helpful and understanding of our issues. The iron in the room was broken but Jessica personally provided us one. I was not expecting the room to have a washer and dryer but Unfortuneately the washer machine was broken. Overall the stay was average, I just hope that Century21 does a better job of cleaning the condos.

The location was further from coastal highway than anticipated and required a long walk or drive to the beach. The condo was clean with the exception of some ants in the bathroom and dining room. Rooms had small TVs (which didn't matter much but just an FYI) and old bedding. The location in particular made it overpriced. Not a bad place by any means but with the price what it is I would not book again.

I'm very sorry that this condo was not up to your expectations. The building is about 0.5 mile away from the beach which is definitely within walking distance. The condo was renovated less than 2 years ago and the bedding was new last year. In regards to pricing, we try to be as competitive as possible and recommend rental rates to owners based on the current market standards. I will pass on your comments to the owners so they can take that into account next year when they are adjusting their rental rates.
