The Century I condominium is a direct oceanfront building on 99th street. All condominium units are split level townhouses with ocean and bay views. This two bedroom, two bath unit has a bedroom with a balcony and bathroom downstairs. On the second floor you will find another bedroom with a bayview, a living room with a large oceanfront balcony, kitchen and separate dining area. This unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, VCR and a great ocean view. I was leary of a high rise building. We were on the first floor and it was perfect. The view was fabulous. The condo was the best I have ever had in Ocean City and I have been going there for 25+ years. It was clean and very well kept with updated furnishing. They even provided extra things that are never included. Ths condo was as clean as my own house! I was very impressed. The owner takes very good care of it. It was by far the best I have ever rented. I loved the two floors; it was perfect for my family with teenagers! Loved the pool and the added extra of a beach locker! No lugging everything up the stairs and dragging sand into the condo! That was a realy plus. Loved having check in right on sight. The building was very secure and the location was perfect!

We have been renting this condo for the last 15 years. We do recognize the new furniture and fresh paint. We feel so "at home" here.
