All condominium units are split level townhouses with ocean and bay views. This unit has 2 oceanfront balconies; one off the Master Bedroom and one off the living room. The condo was roomy with good air conditioning on a hot week. The condo boasts incredible multi-level views of both the ocean and bay (25th floor) However, the unit lacked updated appliances and the fridge and oven were filthy. In addition, there was not always consistent hot water in the shower and the plunge in the downstairs bathroom did not properly keep water in the tub. However, even these did not deter from our overall good experience.

The furniture in this rental was absolutely the worst. It felt like the last time someone purchased anything for this place was sometime back in the 70's. My furniture on my deck is in condition and it sits outside all year round. The kitchen was other joke...silverware was missing, the microwave was in the upstairs bathroom and kitchen table was bearly sat 3 people. Maybe it's me, but when I go on vacation I expect my living accommendations to be better than that of a thrift store.
I've vacationed here several other times and this rental property was by far the worst. I loved the service Century 21 provided and the building/location itself, but I'll never stay in 2514 again. Just because you see pictures of the room on the internet doesn't mean that's what your really stepping into. -

We stayed in a very cool condo. Awesome views of the beach and bay. Unit had a weird smell upon entering. Smelled old and musty. But other than that it was great. It had everything we needed for an awesome week. The cleaning people were very late in getting there on Saturday. We checked in at 3 pm as instructed but the cleaning people were just arriving. I would definitely stay at 2514 Century 1 Building again.

This was a great place. Very nice accomadation we went with friend and this place had an excellent set up they were up stairs we were down stairs. Worked out great right close to where we wanted to be. The gentleman that assisted us was very nice he was alot of help. Thanks for making it a pleasent stay

the place was amazingly convenient in all possible ways! Super clean and right on the beach. plus the views were gorgeous and I loved having three balconies.
