Web site was not current with condo information. I booked a condo that stated it had a washer and dryer. Once we got there, boy were we surprised. So that made for some inconvenience during our stay. And I feel with the amount of money one pays to rent a condo that parking should be included. We rent a beautiful condo in Hilton Head, SC almost every year and a parking pass is included for one vehicle. This summer we will be returning to Hilton Head SC.

I liked the location and the service of the Century 21 office in the building. The only thing I would have like is the cleanliness of the condo. I had to dust some things and especially the wall air intake vent on the wall behind the TV in liing room. It was caked with dust. I took a wet papertowel to clean it and literally had a fist full of dust and dirt in my hand. Not good to breathe this kind of dust. Carpets were really stained and much dust on accessories. I washed the sliding balcony doors, rather dirty.
After I cleaned we had an enjoyable stay. -

The condo was very nice. It needs to be updated and the pool was very cold. The cleaning lady didnt do a good job at all. However I would stay there again. The views were beautiful. It was right off the beach and I would rather stay far up from the board walk then right at the board walk. It wasn't crowded at all

When we arrived we had a few problems that had to be reported to Bea Lombardi which she promptly took care of. Our other problem was being awakened in middle of night on Tuesday, evidently someone had activated false alarm. This is second year in row that this occurred. Hopeful building can do something to correct this situation as there were pregnant and elderly people who had difficult time manuevering steps and in fact I heard there was one woman who was injured.
