The Century I condominium is a direct oceanfront building on 99th street. All condominium units are split level townhouses with ocean and bay views. This two bedroom, two bath unit has an oceanfront bedroom upstairs. Downstairs you will find another bedroom with an bayview, a living room with a large oceanfront balcony, kitchen and separate dining area. This unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV's, 2 VCRs, DVD player and great views. No Phone. Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets. Non-refundable $30 building registration fee due upon arrival

Unit 1912 was very nice but I would definitely not recommend more than six quest in that unit even though it sleeps seven. It is too small for anything over five or six people. The unit is beautifully furnished throughout. The dining area in this unit is extremely small and narrow. It was very difficult for six of us to maneuver around table. The blinds in the bayside bedroom do not open which was disappointing. Im sure owner will have them repaired. The unit overall was great! The cleaning crew slacked a little on getting the unit ready for when we arrived.

The lay-out of the rooms was very nice. I've hesitated to stay on the upper levels of condos in the past because of the elevator waits, but the high speed units coupled with the freight/beach dedicated elevators was great. Having a view from both decks of the condo was wonderful. The only negative was not being supplied with trash bags and the lack of housekeeping in the trash chute area.

If you'd like a condo that is meticulously clean and decorated in a "beachy" style, this is the place for you. Many amenities available including games for the kids and books and magazines to read for the adults on a rainy day. Loved the view. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom and living room and the bay side from the 2nd bedroom. You will love your stay!

It was hands down the best vacation I have ever been on.We stayed in condo 1912 and it was everything I hoped for and then some.View was beautiful and we really Didnt need to bring anything and in short we will go right back to the same spot next year.
