The Century I condominium is a direct oceanfront building on 99th street. All condominium units are split level townhouses with ocean and bay views. This two bedroom, two bath unit has a bedroom on the entry floor with an ocean view. IMPROVEMENTS FOR 2012: NEW DRAPES, NEW WASHER/DRYER STACK AND MORE. Left on 07/25/2012 for a stay in July 2012
European washer/dryer did not dry properly, had to keep trying two/three extra times.
Ac on Delmarva energy saving plan (to help the owner save money) so ac was off Tues/Wed from 2-6pm. Temp in condo was 83 not customer focused. No notice indicated anywhere this was in place and no way of contacting anyone for help. Luckily I new someone who was able to help us out.
Since the owner is on the savings plan, I am looking for a savings myself,a credit of some sort since me and my family were inconvienced by this. Also aC air filter was filthy.

What we liked best was the view and the two floors were very nice and spacious. Location was great. Would like to stay there again but on a lower floor.
