The Century I condominium is a direct oceanfront building on 99th street. All condominium units are split level townhouses with ocean and bay views. This two bedroom, two bath unit has a bedroom with an ocean view and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, on the second floor you will find another bedroom with a bayfront balcony, a living room with a large oceanfront balcony, kitchen and dining area. This unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV's,VCR, DVD player, FREE INTERNET MAY 15 THRU OCTOBER 15 and a great ocean view. The condo met our expectations. It was clean, loved the split level, located close enough to everything but far enough to have it relaxing. I would recommend the Century I building as well as #406 to any of my friends.
