Had a wonderful experiennce here, from the moment we were greeted by the efficient guard, Stefan, at the inside parking garage. As photo shows, 90% of units enjoy an ocean front/view! Ornate foyers & hallways led us to our ultra clean, 1st flr. unit. with seaside motif, rented frm a private owner. For those who hate driving & traffic,the Seawatch's ammenities kept us busy & happy, even on a rainy day, with a spotless fitness center, saunas, indoor pool, & huge game room, complete with pool tables & air hockey; free wireless service is available in the vestibule. All units have balconies, large enough for tables & chairs, where we enjoyed hardshell crabs, with an ocean view & breeze! After a brisk beachwalk, we enjoyed a change of scenery in the tranquil, beautiful courtyard, with its many gardens Since our stay was post Labor Day, many guests were older, & we met many original owners of their units, which confirms to this writer, a well-maintained bldg. The only slight disappointment was the in-house cafe was closed for the off-season, but beyond our own fully appointed kit./dining area, the Italian restaurant in the next bldg. is open till 4am!
