The Time-n-Tide building is located at the quiet end of the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. Just steps to the beach. The condo has an unblocked southern exposure and the beach is less than 200 yards from the front door. The complex has a pool and large fenced in yard; great for kids and cookouts. We made great time on our trip to Ocean City arriving early. After inquiring if we could check in early (yes)the boys and I unloaded the vehicles while the girls went to get the key. We were unpacked and set up by normal check in time...off to the beach for a few hours!
All of us were impressed with unit 1, comfy furniture, modern kitched (well equipped). all the switches are labeled. Everyone was happy with their rooms.
Locally there are some convience stores very near restaraunts and a couple of bars.
I liked the small back porch and pool,the neighbors are nice.(I think they live there and do not rent out)
I would be nice if the place was fitted with hooks everywhere,and a clothsline perhaps.A portable aC unit in the first bedroom needs to go! (not user freindly) Two lamps needed bulbs (bought a 4 pack - left the rest)

Time&Tide; is a great place to stay in Ocean City it has plenty of room for 10 people (we all felt at home) the two bathrooms each with shower was a must! We enjoyed the big side yard the kids played baseball,Kickball and lots of other sports out there. (it also has two big pick nick tables out in the yard for sitting and eating ) We loved the pool it is well kept and our granddaughter could stand in the low end she felt like a big girl... I loved getting up early and sitting on the huge front porch and relaxing with my coffee ( all the kitchen appliances are nice and new) it is a well kept and clean unit i would recommend it to anyone... My sister in-law was in Ocean City at the same time and her family loved the easy access to boardwalk and ocean they always came down and reached all the local destinations from our unit because of its great location i will be booking again next year for sure... also the owners were nice and vary helpful Miss it already!!!

We rented the unit for a family re-union. The three bedrooms were spacious and everything in the place was brand new. Of all the places we looked at in OC this one had everything we were looking for. It was only one block to the beach, had ample parking, great front porch with plenty of room to eat outside and the owners couldn't do enough for us. The whole complex with it's pool and fenced in yard made it very kid friendly.
