The Mallard Apartment is located between sixth and seventh street in Ocean City MD 21842. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apt, with full kitchen and only 1 block away from the beach and the boardwalk.
Our Apt is renovated and will meet all the comforts that you need to spend a few days or a week. Seniors are welcome.

I really liked this place! My family and I rented apt C for a week this august and absolutely loved it! The apartment was very clean and very cute. There was also a big porch that allowed us to sit and people watch. On the first floor there was an area to grill as well as a shower to wash off the sand after the beach. All of these amenities made were great for our family! Thank you to management for being so sweet and helpful. We highly recommend you guys, and look forward to seeing you again next year! :)

1- there is only one 3 bedroom apartment! They have 5 two bedroom and one bath apartments; and if you don't specify the 3 bedroom, you will automatically be sent a contract for a 2 bedroom!
2- the price listed isnt correct. $159 weekday and $189 weekend is during non peak times. We paid $269 for each night...a thursday, friday and saturday night in august.
3- it is not wheel chair accessable or supplied with towels. There wasnt even soap to wash your hands in the bathroom! or a broom, mop or vacuum.
4- we stayed in apartment a and B.
A has an updated bathroom and decent sized kitchen and living area. A had ants crawling on the kitchen countertop. There was no air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, and the others didn't run efficiently.
B has a moldy, dirty, small bathroom in between the living area and kitchen, out in the open. The kitchen is cramped and out dated. B had flies every where, no swatter, and no screens in the windows. One of the bedrooms didnt have any electricty. When it rained, directly in front of the door a low spot collects with above ankle height water! The worst part about B is the odor; moldly, dirty, and damp smelling.
5- parking is a nightmare. Theres only one spot per apartment in the alley and half of the cars get blocked in. (So others may have to move there car at any time if needed)
6- Satellite Cable went in and out; especially in the rain.
7- The other tenants while we were there seemed to be young (most likely underage teenagers) partying.
8- The only good thing about this property is the location! one block from the beach, board walk and bus stop!
