Experience a tastefully appointed unit with whimsical beach décor to help you unwind & enjoy your stay. Included at no additional charge is our private maid service who prepares the unit before your stay. Upon your arrival, to make your... first few nights even more enjoyable, it is our pleasure to gift you with our signature “Touch of Paradise” Care Package. Our 14th FLOOR DIRECT OCEANFRONT CONDO offers spectacular views that stretch for miles, with a full list of features and amenities. Our "Cottage by the Sea" unit is designed and appointed to easily accommodate ten guests, and sure to please everyone in your family. From the hand painted mural as you first enter the unit, to the bean bag chairs for the kid in all of us to relax on from a vendor who boasts a virtual "Who's-Who" of companies and celebrities as clients, the unit has something for everyone.

Featuring a layout that includes soaring ceilings, and a huge family room/dining area with an electric fireplace for ambiance (the heat portion is turned off for the summer), providing the perfect backdrop to watching a movie on the 42" LCD HD TV, with a state of the art stereo/A/V system with a single user friendly computer programmed remote control -- When you select the TV, the stereo turns on to match the TV, likewise the DVD, etc.

Our list of amenities include items such as: Sealy® Posturepedic® Ultra Plush Mattresses, flat screen televisions in every bedroom, a Bose® Wave radio in the Master Suite and iPod clock radios in each other bedroom, South Beach Adirondack patio furnishings on the balcony, full sized front loading washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble baths, and handheld & wall mounted multi-function massaging showers, and lighted vanity mirrors in every bathroom!

Ocean City is home to some of the best entertainment and dining choices of any resort area. For thrill seekers of all ages, the choices abound. If amusement parks are on your list, just 1/2 mile south you will find the famous Jolly Roger Amusement Park; which features more than a plethora of rides, Splash Mountain Water Park with water slides, wave pool and a children’s water park area, SpeedWorld Go-Kart Raceway, mini-golf and even an extreme zip line for an adrenaline filled ride on over 1000 feet of steel cable with Breathtaking Views of the Bay and the Beach! Travel another mile south to Jolly Roger’ sister property on the world famous Boardwalk and experience a thrilling Looping Roller Coaster, a Giant Ferris Wheel or one of many other rides on the pier and midway.
