We do not collect security deposit. We live in town, and wife's parents live on upper floor. Any damage will be addressed as it occurs.
We rent to family groups only. No college/high school groups.
Call for payment options. Must be paid in full 3 weeks before arrival, if first time renting from us.

We have been staying here for 5 years. We love how close we are to the beach and boardwalk. The apartment is always very clean. We have two young girls who look forward to staying every summer. We highly recommend this place.

This will be the third consecutive year our family will be staying at this house. We love the location (1 block from the beach & boards). The rent is reasonable, the house is comfortable and clean. (living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, covered front porch, parking and backyard. Usually a nice breeze at night, if not the house is air conditioned. Friendly people, just a great place for a family vacation.
