It was a very a enjoyable experince. I alway looked forward to staying there and knew that it was always something that was going to be remodeled in the house. The location is great and the view is wonderful.

My family and i truly enjoyed our stay in the Mallard house. It was the first time in years that we were on vacation with our parents and it was the perfect home to stay. The home was very accessible for persons with physical restrictions. It was our home from home.

We luved this house and all the ammenities that came w/ it! It was a lil difficult to find @ 1st & the walk to the boardwalk was a lil rough seeing as though we usually stay on the boardwalk. Everything inside & out was awesome & would most def. stay again & refer to others!!! ;)

The Mallard Island home was very clean. The house was perfectly located with easy access to the boardwalk and a number of restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. Had a bit trouble locating the water turn on valve under the kitchen sink, but other than that it was great!

1ST Impresion was the home was very spacious and nice. 2ND Impresion was that the air conditioning needed new filters, smelled like mildew. Otherwise very nice rental.

Loved staying at this home. It was close to the action but in a quiet neighborhood when you were ready to just relax. Had some trouble figuring out the televisions/cable and the numerous light switches in the house but, didn't ruin the vacation. Oh, there are several fox that roam the neighborhood after dark but we found out that they don't bother you...just ignore them.

We had stayed at this Mallard Island home before and found it just as inviting as before. The only difficulty was caused by the previous occupants who disassembled the connections for the four TVs and we were never able to get the big TV to work in the living room. Ugh! Otherwise, we had a blast.
