Newly Renovated with granite counter tops in kitchen and all new bathrooms and furniture. Plenty of off street parking in a safe neighborhood!
All bedrooms have Flat screenTV's.
Separate game room for the kids on lower level with Play station and games.
New Washer and Dryer.
One of the bigger homes on the island.
A fantastic boardwalk, with 2 amusement parks, minature golf and plenty of places to eat.
Walkt to the Acme, Playground, Basketball Court and beach.
Beach is guarded!

Left on 10/06/2012 for a stay in August 2012
10 of us (6 adults, 4 kids aged 4,2, 2, and 1) stayed at Theresa's wonderful beach house for a week in late august to celebrate my parents' 40th anniversary, and it was just perfect. So close to the 34th st. beach that most days we were at the beach before 8am (kids' choice, not mine). The house had great, soundproof walls so that our various children's crying at night did not wake up others. (and there was a lot of crying as is common with kids in a new place). Having many bathrooms was very convenient when all of us came back from swimming at the same time and needed to wash up. My 4 year old adored sleeping in the bunkbed. The dining area was big enough for all of us to sit in, which was nice. One of the best features was how close the house is to the acme, CVS, and playground. We were at the playground a lot and met nice people and their kids there. Also, the house was close to the bike path. My son asks to go back to the "New Jersey beach house" all the time, so I am sure we will return at some point! Beds and couches were very comfortable. Only one small thing, if you are sleeping in the basement bedroom (with the bunkbeds), the airconditioning unit is right outside that window and so it can make kind of a loud noise at times. Didn't bother my husband or son but I'm a light sleeper. -- if I came here again I'd bring a fan or white noise machine to drown it out.:)
