Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period. All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For graduating senior & college groups, I need one parent to sign the contract unless everyone is over the age of 24. Contracts with multiple signers will be rejected. Please add 50.00 per night to holiday weekends.

  Our team rented both sides of the house for a competition this past weekend and it was perfect. Although we were out of season, the house was very close to the beach and a convenient location in Ocean City MD. Both sides of the house were spacious and well kept. Great place, definitely want to rent again!
