Our Ocean City vacation home is perfect for 2 families that want to vacation together, but still want privacy. Our home has been entirely remodeled with new kitchen, baths, carpet/flooring, furniture, mattresses, etc.
Layout of the house:
1st floor: sunroom, living room, dining are, kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 twins), full bathroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
2nd floor: master bedroom (king) with full bathroom, a bedroom off master with a set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top).
The driveway will accommodate 2 cars.

Ocean City is a family-oriented beach town in NJ. It is known as "America's Greatest Family Resort" and voted #1 Beach Beach Vacation by Coastal Living Magazine. I There is a 2.5 mile boardwalk lined with restaurants, retail stores, miniature golf, arcades and 2 amusement piers. Be sure to get a bucket of caramel popcorn at Johnson's and try some Monkey Bread! It is a "dry" town, meaning there is no alcohol sold on the island and there are no bars, clubs, or liquor stores on the island. Sorry! You will have to drive 5 minutes over the bridge to Somers Point for a liquor store and restaurants that serve alcohol. This helps to ensure our safe, family atmosphere.

We ask that you leave our home in the clean and orderly condition in which you found it. Please clean before your departure. We supply cleaning supplies. If you prefer not to clean before you leave, we can reserve a cleaning service for you. The charge is $150 for the entire house and will be deducted from your security deposit.
5% discount for consecutive 2 week rental.

Our stay in this home over three years was very good. We developed a good relationship with the renters. The home is located near a very good pizza shop and WaWa market across the street, a drug store in the next block, and a small market within the next block. It is a direct walk to the boardwalk and beach. Is served the 8 of us very well. We would return again to this property but our family increased by 3 in Nov-Dec 2010. So we need a larger rental.

The Fuscos rentals are clean, beautifully decorated and convieniently located. The Fuscos themselves are a delightful family and an absolute joy to deal with each year. This will be our 6th year renting from them & we will continue to come back as long as they will have us. The cleanliness of a rental is very important to us and the house is always sparkling and smelling great. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a great fun family vacation. Enjoy:)
