Ocean front complex/side unit. Wide beaches, great for families. Nice pool with private walkway to the beach. We have been coming to Ocean Isle for 25 years and have many wonderful vacations here.

I stayed her in the summer of 2012. My family had a great time. Just seconds from the beach. Near the waterway in the back. Nice beach. Never had any problems with the condo. Will rent again, soon.

The Outen's Condo was clean and pleasant. During our stay, we enjoyed being close to the ocean, the benefit of the pool, and the quiet. We were very satisfied with the accomodations and the rates.
