Up to eight of you can stay here at a time, taking advantage of the home's many offerings. A deck with furniture, color cable TV, DVD player, and central heat and air are just a sample of what's provided.

This is a side unit; bed options consist of a queen bed, double bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofa bed. Need to do some laundry? Then you'll be glad to know that a washer and dryer are supplied. Other helpful amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, outside shower, and dishwasher.

Pets and smoking are prohibited; the minimum required stay is two nights. Enjoy your vacation to the fullest by going fishing, learning a new wat...er sport, and driving to historic Wilmington for the day. Sheets, Towels, Washcloths, Soap and Paper Products are Not Provided.Read more

  Comfortable stay, with advantages and disadvantages of a rental

  The unit is as advertised. There were no surprises with the facilities or amenities, and the personnel at the Real Estate Office was always polite and very helpful.
  The condo was airy, spacious and clean. The furniture was clean and comfortable.
  I would install shades at the bedroom windows, to keep the intense morning sun out and sleep in late.
  
  The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need, and that was useful as we ate in often. We also used one of the two charcoal grills located on site.
  
  It seemed that most of the tenants were couples of families with children, and the quite and calm atmosphere around the complex reflected that.
  
  Being on the side of the complex, this unit does not have a direct view of the ocean. However, the pool and then the ocean is just a few steps away. There is nothing glamorous about the pool, but it is adequate enough and what I expected.
  
  There were a few items that remind you of the constraints associated with a rental unit. However, those items may be noteworthy only to someone like me, who hardly stays at rentals (especially in this part of the country). Also, these items appear to be typical of all rentals in the area.
  * The rental fees included a "cleaning fee". However, after we got done with the extensive checkout checklist it did not appear there was much left to do for the cleaning crew .
  * What's up with the 9:00am checkout time? That's hard to put up with when you are supposed to be on vacation taking it easy.
